A canoe trip on the beautiful Current River with Running River Canoe Rental has become a tradition among many families and groups from throughout the Midwest and beyond. A primary reason for this is that each “float trip” is different and creates its own memories. The free flowing river is endlessly changing as it silently and effortlessly carries your canoe along, thereby making each visit a new and unique outdoor experience.
This is especially true when canoeing the Current River. You often find yourself drifting along on the crystal clear water watching fish swim 12 feet beneath your canoe while spectacular limestone bluffs tower high above you, and each bend in the river adds a new experience to your outdoor adventure. The wildlife and fish, the caves and springs, the logs and rootwads, the rocks, rapids and rushing water all combine to make each canoe trip a special event and treasured memory.
Running River Canoe Rental can arrange Current River canoe trips for families and groups of any size from 1 day miles up to 7 days miles. Please see the rate schedule for recommended canoe trips and costs.
